Basic introduction:
The SCD series tunnel dryer is the last key equipment involved in the whole printing process. Wide conveyor belt and high power infrared lamp ensure better drying efficiency. The three built-in independent turbine fans have the functions of hot gas circulation,cooling and removing steam and waste gas. High precision temperature controller and thermocouple sensor can quickly raise the temperature in the oven chamber to the preset value.In addition, the SCD series tunnel dryer has the following features: adjustable distance between lamp tube and conveyor belt, glass fiber conveyor belt coated by iron load dragon,high-strength electroplating roller and double-layer asbestos filled cast iron plate. The temperature control digital display panel and automatic heat shutoff system when the temperature exceeds the predetermined value make the SCD series tunnel dryer your most ideal, economical and effective drying equipment.
